Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BloomBridge (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a school or educational institution, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (and your school, if applicable) and Anagata IT Solutions (“Anagata”, “we”, “us”), the provider of BloomBridge.

Service Description

BloomBridge is a school psychological intervention app designed for children and students aged 3–18. The Service helps teachers and school management turn behavioral observations into structured, actionable intervention plans through the following capabilities:

  • Observation Logging: Teachers can log behavioral observations in plain language through the app.
  • AI Categorization: The Service uses AI to categorize observations into focus areas such as emotional regulation, attention, social behavior, academic performance, peer relationships, and physical wellbeing.
  • Action Plan Generation: The Service generates age-appropriate weekly action plans with daily classroom intervention steps.
  • Parent Communication: The Service generates parent communication templates based on logged observations and intervention plans.
  • Progress Tracking: Teachers can log follow-up observations and track intervention outcomes over time.
  • Emergency Alerts: The Service can trigger alerts to school principals and parents when observations include indicators of self-harm, aggression, or immediate danger.

BloomBridge is designed as school mental health infrastructure — a structured support framework for teachers and school management. It is not a diagnostic tool, a medical device, or a replacement for professional psychological care.

03

What BloomBridge Is Not

Important Disclaimer: BloomBridge does NOT diagnose mental illness. BloomBridge does NOT replace therapy or professional psychological care. BloomBridge does NOT provide medical advice. BloomBridge does NOT treat severe psychiatric disorders.

The Service is a structured support framework that provides evidence-informed guidance to help teachers respond to behavioral concerns with confidence. The AI engine categorizes observations and suggests interventions — it does not make clinical diagnoses, clinical predictions, or medical recommendations.

Schools using BloomBridge must not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional psychological assessment, therapy, or medical advice. If a student requires professional psychological or psychiatric care, the school must refer the student to an appropriate qualified professional.

The emergency alert system is a notification mechanism, not a crisis intervention service. Schools remain responsible for having their own crisis response protocols and for engaging appropriate emergency services when needed.

04

User Roles & Access

BloomBridge provides the following user roles with differentiated access:

  • Teachers: Can log observations, view generated action plans, generate parent communication templates, and track progress for their assigned cases. Teachers see only their own logged cases.
  • Principals / School Management: Can view aggregated data across all cases in the school, access dashboards and reports, and manage teacher accounts. Principals do not see individual teacher observations unless explicitly shared.
  • District Administrators (District Plan only): Can view cross-school analytics and aggregated reporting across multiple schools within a district or network.

Schools are responsible for assigning appropriate user roles and managing access permissions. Anagata is not responsible for misuse of access privileges within a school’s account.

Each user must use their own credentials. Sharing of login credentials is prohibited. Schools are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

05

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BloomBridge to:

  • Log false, misleading, or malicious observations about students.
  • Use the Service to discriminate against, harass, or target any student, teacher, or staff member.
  • Attempt to access data or accounts that you do not have permission to access.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI model or proprietary algorithms.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws, including child protection and data protection laws.
  • Share login credentials or allow unauthorized users to access the Service.
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than structured behavioral intervention within an educational setting.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

06

Data & Privacy

BloomBridge handles children’s behavioral data with the highest standards of privacy and security. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

For full details on data collection, storage, encryption, retention, your rights, and DPDP Act compliance, please review our Privacy & Data Protection page.

Key principles:

  • All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
  • Children’s data is never shared with third parties.
  • Schools control data retention and can request deletion at any time.
  • BloomBridge is fully compliant with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023.
  • Schools retain ownership of all data logged within their account.
07

Pilot Program Terms

BloomBridge offers a free pilot program subject to the following terms:

  • Eligibility: The pilot is limited to the first 50 schools selected from the waitlist. Selection is at Anagata’s discretion based on school type, size, and readiness.
  • Duration: The pilot period lasts for 6 months from the onboarding date.
  • Cost: The pilot is free of cost. No fees, no contracts, no hidden charges during the pilot period.
  • Access: Pilot schools receive full platform access including all features, focus areas, age groups, and support.
  • Feedback: Pilot schools are expected to provide regular feedback on their experience, feature requests, and product suggestions. This feedback shapes our product roadmap.
  • Data: All data logged during the pilot belongs to the school and can be exported at any time. If the school does not transition to a paid plan after the pilot, data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request.
  • Transition: After the pilot, schools may transition to the School Plan (annual subscription). Pricing is custom-quoted based on school size and requirements.

Anagata reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the pilot program at any time with reasonable notice to participating schools.

08

  • Extract, replicate, or build derivative works based on the AI engine or its outputs.

Schools and teachers must use their professional judgment when implementing any intervention suggestions provided by the Service. The final decision on any action taken rests with the school and its staff.

10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anagata IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of BloomBridge.

Anagata’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the school to Anagata for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. For pilot schools (who pay no fee), Anagata’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Anagata is not liable for:

  • Outcomes of interventions implemented based on the Service’s suggestions. The Service provides guidance; schools are responsible for implementation.
  • Decisions made by schools, teachers, or parents based on information provided by the Service.
  • Failure of the school to follow its own crisis response protocols or to engage appropriate professional services when needed.
  • Data loss caused by factors outside Anagata’s control, including but not limited to school-side infrastructure failures or user error.
11

Indemnification

The school agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anagata IT Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • The school’s use or misuse of the Service.
  • The school’s violation of these Terms.
  • The school’s violation of applicable laws, including child protection and data protection laws.
  • Any claims by parents, students, or third parties arising from the school’s use of the Service or implementation of intervention suggestions.
  • The school’s failure to obtain necessary consents from parents or guardians for processing children’s data.

Anagata will provide the school with prompt notice of any such claim and reasonable cooperation in the defense. The school may not settle any claim without Anagata’s prior written consent.

12

Termination

Schools may terminate their BloomBridge account at any time by providing written notice to hello@bloombridge.app. Upon termination:

  • The school’s access to the Service will be deactivated within 7 days.
  • The school may export all data before the termination date. After termination, data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
  • Emergency alert records will be retained for 24 months as required by the DPDP Act.

Anagata may suspend or terminate a school’s account if:

  • The school violates these Terms and fails to correct the violation within 14 days of notice.
  • The school engages in unacceptable use as defined in Section 5.
  • The school fails to pay applicable fees for paid plans (post-pilot).
  • The school ceases operations or undergoes a change in ownership that affects the Service agreement.

Upon termination by Anagata, the school will be provided with the opportunity to export all data before deletion.

13

Modifications to Terms

Anagata reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:

  • Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
  • Notify all active schools via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
  • Provide a summary of material changes alongside the updated Terms.

If a school does not agree to the modified Terms, the school may terminate its account as described in Section 12. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For pilot schools, material changes to the Terms will be communicated and will not take effect during the pilot period without the school’s explicit consent.
