What is BloomBridge?
A school psychological intervention app for children aged 3–18 that helps teachers and school management turn vague behavioral observations into structured, actionable intervention plans.
Is BloomBridge an Android or iOS app?
Android app, launching soon. iOS planned for future.
Does BloomBridge diagnose mental illness?
No. BloomBridge is not a diagnostic tool. It provides structured guidance, not clinical diagnoses.
Does BloomBridge replace school counselors or psychologists?
No. It supports teachers when no full-time psychologist is available and helps structure observations for when professional support is engaged.
What age groups does BloomBridge serve?
Preschool (3–6), Primary (7–12), Secondary (13–18).
Is BloomBridge free?
The pilot program is free for 50 schools. School and District plans are custom-priced post-pilot.
When is BloomBridge launching?
Launching soon. Currently accepting pilot applications.
Is BloomBridge only for Indian schools?
Initial focus is India, with plans to expand globally.

How long does it take to log an observation?

Do I need psychology training to use BloomBridge?
No. BloomBridge is designed for subject teachers, not specialists.
How are parent communications handled?
Templates are generated and customizable before sending.
What if I disagree with the AI categorization?
You can adjust categories and add notes to any observation.
Can I track multiple students?
Yes, unlimited students during pilot.
What happens if I log something urgent?
Emergency protocol triggers immediate alert to principal and parents.

Can principals see all cases?
Yes, through the management dashboard with appropriate access controls.
Does BloomBridge generate reports for boards?
Yes, quarterly impact reports on School and District plans.
Is BloomBridge compliant with NEP 2020?
Yes, aligned with NEP 2020 student wellbeing guidelines.
How is student data protected?
DPDP Act compliant, encrypted at rest and in transit, no third-party sharing.
Can we customize interventions for our school?
District plan includes custom intervention frameworks.
How do we apply for the pilot?

For Parents
Will my child be labeled?
No. BloomBridge is a support tool, not a labeling system. Observations are private to the school.
Who can see my child’s data?
Only authorized school personnel with role-based access.
What if my child needs professional help?
BloomBridge includes escalation prompts to guide schools in recommending professional support.
Can I opt my child out?
This is a school-level decision. Speak with your school administration.
How will I be informed about concerns?
Through structured parent communication templates sent by the teacher.
